HE Ambassador Saeed bin Hamad Al-Marri, Chargé d'Affairs of the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Paraguay, participated in a symposium organized by the Ministry of Education and Science within the framework of the design project for the Education Development Strategy in Paraguay 2030.

The seminar was chaired by Nicholas Zarate, Minister of Education and Science, in the presence of his deputy, Ms. Elsira Sosa, the resident representative of UNICEF in Paraguay, Mr. Rafael Obregón, the representative of the European Union, government officials, representatives of international organizations and international cooperation agencies, and directors of several branches of the Ministry of Education.
