His Highness the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani "May Allah proyect him" congratulates the elected President of the Republic of Paraguay Santiago Peña on hid victory in the presidential elections that took place on April 20- 2023.
For his part, the elected president thanked His Highness for the congratulations and expressed his aspiration to develop relations with the State of Qatar.
