The President of the Qatar's Football Association (QFA), Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and delagtion arrived to Paraguay for the 69th edition of the Ordinary Congress of the Conmebol (South Amertican Football Association).

The Congress was also attended by Mr. Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA and Mr. Alejandro Dominguez, President of the Conmebol.
