The acting Charge D'affaires Mr. Ali Rached Al-Kobaissi participated in the annual reception held by H.E. Santiago Pena President of the Republic of Paraguay on the end of the year holidays.

On the sideline of the ceremony a  meeting took place between Mr. Ali Rashid Al-Kobaissi and H.E. President Santiago Pena, the bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries was discussed and ways to enhance and consolidate them.
