Mr. Abdulrahman Alsowaidi, Charge D'ffairs of the Embassy, met Mr. Hugo David Quintana, Minister of the Drugs Enforcement Ministry of the Republic of Paraguay.

During the meeting they discussed the bilateral agenda and specially the treatment for addicts.
